Cancellations in high season (June to September) must be made a full 72 hours prior to the arrival date or a one night penalty charge plus applicable taxes will apply for late cancellations or no shows. In the Low Season (October to May) a full 48 hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date is required to avoid a one night's charge.
