Spa Etiquette
Our spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and pager, as well as respecting the serenity of the environment.

Advanced Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Arrival Times
Please understand that if you are late for your appointment, we may have to ask you to accept an abbreviated service in consideration of our next client. You will be charged in full for the appointment regardless of the abbreviated time.

Children in the Spa
Children are welcome in the spa if having services. Children accompanying their parents is discouraged and in some case refused for their safety and the comfort and quiet enjoyment of our other guests.

Pregnancy/Allergies/Medications/Physical Ailments
Please alert our staff when booking appointments if you are pregnant, have any allergies or physical ailments or injuries that may prevent you from enjoying certain services. Please continually advise your therapists of any changes to the above or any new medications or highly active skin care products that may create adverse effects during your treatments.

How early should I arrive?
If you would like to take advantage of our personal steam showers or hot tub before your services, then we suggest arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are coming just for services and it’s your first visit to Spa at ninety4, please allow 15 minutes to fill out any information prior to you treatment.

Do I have to change before my treatment?
If you are having more than one facial or body service, we recommend that you change into a robe and wrap for your comfort and convenience.  Our locker room is equipped with personal care amenities, towels, robes and slippers to make your visit very relaxing and enjoyable.

What should I wear during the service?
If you are having a face or body treatment, it is your choice to disrobe entirely, or to wear your undergarments or bathing suit. Our staff is trained in draping to ensure your privacy at all times.

Do I have to talk during my treatment?
We will take your cue. If you are looking for rest and relaxation and don’t wish to hold a conversation, that is perfectly fine. If you wish to chat or learn more about your treatment, we are happy to oblige.

Should I tip?
If you are satisfied with your service, then gratuities are appreciated. Tips usually range from 15-20% of the cost of the service.

Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments if I don’t like something or it is uncomfortable? Absolutely! Our job is to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible so you can enjoy all the benefits of our treatments. We will likely ask you but please don’t hesitate to speak up.
